We know returns are sometimes needed, so please make sure your items comply with our return policy. To begin the return process, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number and reason for return.
We gladly accept returns within 7 days from the date the package is delivered. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unaltered with all original tags and designer labels attached. A copy of the receipt mush be included.
Any returns received after the 7 day window or in non-returnable condition will be returned to the customer.
All shoe returns MUST be returned in the original, undamaged shoe box, without postal labels. The shoe box must be placed in another box for shipping to protect the shoe box. Damage to the shoe box makes the shoes ineligible for return.

Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days for your refund to be processed and 7-10 days for it to be paid into your account. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original purchase.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages, so we recommend you insure and track your package.
