FAQs

We will be happy to make any changes to your order before it has been processed for shipping. Orders placed before 2:00 CST will be processed the same day. Any changes could delay shipping.

We offer free shipping on orders of $200 or more. The shipping on all other orders is $9.95. Please see our Shipping Page for all the details.


Yes! We are always happy to place a special order if the item is available. Special Orders are not returnable and therefore a final sale.

If an item you want sells out before you are able to purchase it, we will be happy to email or text you when it is restocked. We will contact you in the order the requests come in.
