Return Policy & Special Orders

We know returns are sometimes needed, so please make sure your items comply with our return policy. To begin the return process, please email us email@example.com and include your order number and reason for return.
Any returns received after the 7 day window or in non-returnable condition will be returned to the customer. Curbside pick-up and local delivery purchases must be returned to the store within 5 days from receipt of purchase. -Any price-reduced item or merchandise marked “SALE” or “FINAL SALE” cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
-Special Orders are final sales and must be paid in full at time of order.
-Jewelry, handbags, scarves, accessories, undergarments, tights and gift cards are final sales. Shoes Returns:
-All shoe returns MUST be returned in the original, unworn, undamaged shoe box, without postal labels. The shoe box must be placed in another box for shipping to protect the shoe box. Damage to the shoe box makes the shoes ineligible for return. Return Address:

Little Rock, AR 72207 Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days for your refund to be processed and 7-10 days for it to be paid into your account. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original purchase.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages, so we recommend you insure and track your package. EXCHANGESPlease return your full-priced item that meets our return criteria for return within 7 days of receiving your order and place a new order online for the correct item.
