We ship via USPS Priority Mail and currently we ship in the Continental United States only. We also offer local delivery in Little Rock and curbside pick-up.

Orders placed by 2:00 CST will be processed the same business day and we will make every effort to ship that day. We ship Monday-Friday excluding holidays.
We hope you love your purchase! We know returns are sometimes needed, so please make sure your items comply with our return policy. To begin the return process, please email us at email@example.com and include your order number and reason for return.
We gladly accept returns within 7 days from the date the package is delivered. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unaltered with all original tags and designer labels attached. A copy of the receipt mush be included. Any returns received after the 7 day window or in non-returnable condition will be returned to the customer.
Any price-reduced item marked “FINAL SALE” cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
Special Orders are final sales and must be paid in full at time of order.
Jewelry, handbags, scarves, accessories, undergarments, tights and gift cards are final sales.
Shoes Returns: All shoe returns MUST be returned in the original, undamaged shoe box, without postal labels. The shoe box must be placed in another box for shipping to protect the shoe box. Damage to the shoe box makes the shoes ineligible for return.

Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days for your refund to be processed and 7-10 days for it to be paid into your account. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original purchase. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages, so we recommend you insure and track your package.
